Transactions Summer Internship Programme

What's Transactions?

EY’s Transactions teams work with the world’s largest organisations, fastest growing companies, and private equity firms on some of the biggest and most complex cross-border engagements in the global market.

Working in the UK & I

In the UK and Ireland, our teams play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell and merge with other organisations. Working directly with senior executives, lawyers, finance professionals, and other professionals, interns help clients make better and more informed decisions about how they manage capital and transactions in a changing world. They also look to ensure a business’ competitiveness for the long term by helping clients raise, preserve, invest and optimise their capital.

Working in Financial Services

Our Financial Services Transactions teams, likewise help our Financial Services clients buy, sell and merge with other organisations, as well as assessing their broader strategic growth options. Whether working on global, high-profile engagements or with local organisations, interns who join us are an integral part of our organisation that’s striving to build a better working world.
