My specialism is in data and analytics and I have been able to play a lead role in creating a truly joined up firm wide approach, collaborating across all 4 of the service lines in the UK firm as well as abroad, meeting with our business leaders to advise and influence them on the types of technology and capability EY needs for the coming years ahead. EY has invested over the past couple of years in tools and technology to make sure that the team has what it needs to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
In this rapidly changing data centric industry, it is important to keep up to date with technologies, and so I make sure to take the time away from client work to actively participate in delivering and attending our global training programmes to give our staff the skills and opportunity to thrive in the new technological environments.
