People Advisory Services is split into six main areas:

HR M&A Transactions -In the HR M&A Transaction’s team we focus on advising and supporting clients through the entire deal cycle, providing a range of sell- and buy-side HR/people related services to clients. This could be anything from providing advice on the financial aspect of the deal, HR due diligence, day one readiness (including reward elements such as retention, the impact of share-based plans and other employee benefits) to post-merger integration and post-deal value enhancement such as organisational design, consultation planning and execution and culture change initiatives.

Through our five key offerings, we are able to ensure we deliver the right deal strategy for our clients:

  • People and HR Risk and Cost Assessment
  • Day One Readiness and Post Deal Planning
  • Post Deal Integration
  • Restructure Target Operating Model
  • Reward elements such as retention, the impact of share based plans and other employee benefits

Performance – Our Performance stream works with clients to effectively manage change and their organisational design. This pillar also designs HR operating models, improve process, manage people risk and integrate HR transactions. Roles include:

Systems – Our Systems pillar develops HR technical strategies, along with integration and deployment. Typical roles include:

  • Payroll Systems

Mobility – The Mobility pillar supports all aspects of mobility programs, regulatory compliance and integrated offerings. Typical roles include:
