Resourcing provides the firm with the right people, for the right jobs, at the right time, in the right places - using a commercial mindset to deliver quality solutions.
Our Resourcing function is made up of Resourcing teams aligned to each of our business areas. These dedicated teams embed themselves with our business areas, focused on building credible and effective relationships to ensure we best understand their resourcing needs. Our teams are supported by a central Resource Management structure including a centre of excellence that focuses on continuous improvement and innovation of the function, and how we provide our resourcing services.
Throughout a career in Resourcing, you will be given a range of exciting and challenging experiences along with training and coaching to support your development. You'll be encouraged to drive your own learning with the guidance of a formal career counsellor, optional mentoring and regular performance feedback to help you achieve personal and professional growth.

"We are constantly evolving and growing as a team – ‘disrupting’ ourselves to prepare for the future."Nicole Nixon, Head of Resourcing, UK & Ireland
“I am proud to lead a team that plays a vital role in optimising the performance of our people, by ensuring they are given access to exceptional experiences and being effectively utilised to deliver our business results.
We are constantly evolving and growing as a team; more so than ever, we are looking at ways we can ‘disrupt’ ourselves to prepare for the future. That makes Resourcing a really exciting place to be right now. We bring best practice into our roles while encouraging new ideas and ways we can offer an efficient, value-adding service to our stakeholders.
Finding the right people to fit our culture is key and aligning to our values underpins this. You'll need to be prepared to work in a fast paced environment, flexible to change and able to build strong stakeholder relationships. This is about understanding the skills of our people to align them to the right opportunities, using a commercial mindset to balance the needs of the individual and ensure the firm continues to deliver an exceptional service to clients.
I feel strongly our Resourcing team reflects the very principles of our Vision 2020 ambitions to be the best brand in professional services, and be equally high performing. We have development maps and invest in training – some on the job, some more formal – to ensure we are equipped to deliver our roles in what can be a challenging yet extremely rewarding environment.”
