Working in the UK & I

Combining a wealth of consulting capabilities from strategy, customer, finance, IT, supply chain, people and organisational change to programme and risk management – with a complete understanding of a client’s most complex issues and opportunities, such as digital, analytics and cybersecurity, means our people have the expertise, relationships and connections to offer exceptional advice to improve business performance, increase profitably, manage risk, reduce costs and transform organisations and their success.

Working in Financial Services

Our Consulting practice spans multiple industry sectors, including financial services, which is served by our specialised expert financial services consultants aligned to key industry groups including asset management, banking and capital markets, insurance and private equity. Our reputation is built on assembling multi-disciplinary teams from around the world to deliver a global perspective and integrated service to manage the uncertainty and opportunity of this industry, and provide our financial services clients with long lasting solutions to improve and grow their business.

Professional Qualifications

We’ll give you the experience, coaching and exposure you’ll need to succeed. After an induction course that develops your core consulting skills and outlines your on-going training, you’ll have the opportunity to establish a solid grounding in finance and business law through the CIMA Foundation course.

For graduates joining the People Advisory Service - Performance, Systems, Talent programme, in addition to induction training and an on-going learning curriculum, you’ll also receive a great deal of on-the-job coaching, mentoring and support, plus you will be supported in studying towards the CIPD qualification.
