Technology Graduate Programme

At EY, technology is embedded throughout our client solutions and underpins all we do - we create value through developing transformational solutions across risk, strategy, financial, people and operations.

Advances in technology are fundamentally changing the way the world works. Today's businesses, government and individuals are responding to shifts that would have seemed unimaginable even a few years ago.

What do we do?

Utilising data analytics we recommend intelligent solutions to maximise clients growth, identify trends and future opportunities. IT and data management are integral parts of all businesses – the smallest mistake or security breach can have a substantial impact – we help clients minimise the risk. Cyber Security affects every level of business and is a Board-level topic – we help clients proactively manage this ever growing risk whilst maintaining trust of their customers. These are just some of the examples of how we’re providing digital solutions for our clients. For most of our technology programmes, you don’t need to have any prior technical experience, skills or qualifications – we are looking for people who are passionate about technology and have a strong desire to learn.
