How’s it structured?
After kicking things off with an EY induction you’ll join a team and start working on real client projects – just like our graduates. Don’t forget that your colleagues can help and teach you too, so ask lots of questions.
Throughout you’ll be part of the EY community, and you’ll have a buddy to help guide you. They’ll be your first point of call for practical help and guidance. There’s coaching too – so you always have access to impartial advice and opportunities.
If you do a great job you could be offered a place on one of our graduate programmes to come back to, when you finish university.
Where could an assurance career take you?
Working in Assurance at EY, you’ll get to work across different sectors, gain opportunities to work abroad and open doors for your future career.
