What’s it like?

One year in and Joe’s already been involved with projects for major supermarkets and government departments. See what else he’s done on his Performance, Systems and Talent graduate programme.

How’s it structured?

After an EY induction, you’ll get lots of core consulting training to bring you up to speed with how we work. Think of yourself as a consultant and you’ll be off to a great start when you begin to work with clients – attending workshops, learning how to manage project work flows, how they are delivered, and more.

During the programme you might decide to do more specialised training courses while still working on projects. And, as a final assignment you’ll present a business case to the senior leadership team, showing why you’re ready for a promotion and what business area you’d like to work in. Don’t worry if this sounds daunting – you’ll have plenty of time to prepare! And, if you do a good job, you could be promoted to Senior Consultant at the end of the programme.
