The EMEIA Tax Center (ETC) operates as a center of Excellence in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA). The ETC drives EY's latest and most innovative service offerings with a primary focus on cross-border delivery of specialist and tax and finance innovation.

What will you be doing?
- Working across borders, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of our multinational clients.
- Attending client meetings, supporting proposals and developing market leading solutions.
- Understand what it means to work a global organisation within a diverse team with offices across Europe.
Are you eligible to apply?
You’ll need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language & Maths, three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent, and an honours degree (in any subject) by the time the programme starts.

How’s it structured?
Working within the EMEIA Tax Center gives you a unique opportunity to build skills, networks and relationships across borders. Graduates on this programme will become part of our Global Compliance and Reporting Centre – a group who specialise in working across borders to give a truly global service to our largest clients. The team has grown significantly in recent years and has ambitious growth plans. The team sit in multiple EMEIA locations, the direct tax element of the team is based in London (UK), Belfast (UK) and Warsaw (Poland). The direct tax team form part of the team, you will have the opportunity to get to know and work with a peer group in indirect tax, statutory reporting, payroll and other services giving you a broad understanding of the compliance issues facing our clients.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have lots of training opportunities and support from your team while you also study for your Association of Taxation Technicians qualification. By the time you complete the three year programme, you’ll have a broad network of clients and are likely to be ready for promotion to Senior.
