How’s it structured?
Working within the EMEIA Tax Centre gives you a unique opportunity to build skills, networks and relationships across borders. All graduates on this programme become part of our Tax Technology Transformation team. We assess how people, processes and technology are managed in a business. Right for the word go, you’ll be in the thick of it as you learn to apply the right tech solutions for individual clients, review and re-design global tax control frameworks and even apply new reporting and audit tools.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have lots of training opportunities and support from your team while you also study for your chartered accountancy qualification. By the time you complete the programme, you’ll have your own client portfolio and are likely to be ready for promotion to Senior Consultant.
Where could a tax career take you?
Working in an environment that values and stretches you can positively impact your career progression. Just ask Stephanie, she feels like the world is her oyster.
