Dependent on location, salaries start from £25,400 per year
How’s it structured?
Your development is our priority so after an EY induction, you’ll join your team in either Financial Services (FS) or UK & Ireland (UK&I) and start working on client projects from day one.
All grads in Mobility and Reward study for the Association of Tax Technicians qualification and, if you pass and are keen, you can start to study for a Chartered Tax Advisor qualification. You may even get the opportunity to start studying for a master’s degree later in the programme, too.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have lots of support and training opportunities, as well as options to learn from senior colleagues. In the workplace you’ll take on greater responsibilities, so that by the end of the programme you’re likely to have enough knowledge and experience to find yourself receiving a promotion.
