How’s it structured?
After an EY induction, you’ll join your team in Valuations. Working with senior-level people means you’re given responsibility and the chance to pick up lots of knowledge, quickly and as soon as you’re ready, you’ll be working with major private- and publicly-listed clients. You’ll also learn a range of skills in tax, litigation, commercial and regulatory issues and successfully advise clients on how to get the results they want.
You can also expect lots of training and development opportunities throughout the programme too. When the programme finishes, you could be promoted to an Executive and will be a part of a global network of EY professionals, where opportunities for overseas secondments often come up.
