How’s it structured?

Be completely immersed in the world of work at EY with six weeks’ hands-on work experience. You’ll be exposed to real life transactions and get to play a part in shaping the future of companies.

After a company induction, you'll take part in a 2-day technical skills training session hosted by members of the OTS team, which will help you further understand what we do as well as teach you useful skills such as how to use Excel, Powerpoint and data analytics/visualisation tools for business purposes.

You'll be aligned to real client projects where you will work alongside team members and will be assigned a buddy and a counsellor who'll be looking after you throughout your time with us. In between work, we also like have fun - there will be socials and team events where you can meet the rest of the team.

At the end of the six weeks, if you are great at your job, you might even be fast-tracked into a graduate role, to start after you complete your degree.
