How’s it structured?

During your first few days at the EY induction, you will learn about EY and Technology Risk. You'll then join a team and start working on client projects – just like our graduates. Throughout your time on the internship you will have the opportunity to shadow a partner, build a relationship with clients, support your team and work with your coach to agree career development goals. Your colleagues can help and teach you too, so ask lots of questions. If you do a great job, you could be offered a place on one of our graduate programmes to come back to, when you finish university.

Where could an assurance career take you?

Working in Assurance, you’ll get to work across different sectors on a number of clients, gain greater insight into professional services and meet the right people to support you with your career development.
