What is Transactions Support at EY?
When corporations or private equity clients prepare to do big deals, they need to know there won’t be any surprises. Our team specialises in financial due diligence – assessing a target company’s risks and opportunities – and reporting on these to our clients, their banks, investors and others.

Are you eligible to apply?
If you’re in your penultimate year at uni (doing any degree course), or you’re already in your final year
but will be doing a one-year master’s degree or taking a gap year, this internship is for you.

How’s it structured?
Be completely immersed in the world of work at EY. After a company induction, you’ll develop an understanding of Transactions Support and will soon be ready to work alongside graduates on real client projects. If you’re great at your job, you might even be fast-tracked into a graduate role, after you complete your degree.
