New Horizons

Our high performing Staff and Seniors have the opportunity to apply to this mobility programme. It allows our people to live and work in a new country and culture at one of our EY overseas firms.


A two-year programme for our high performing Seniors. We focus on learning, coaching and experiences designed to stretch our people to improve their skill sets in: relationship building; self-leadership; client focus, market leadership.


This programme is designed for our high performing females across the firm to explore and examine perceptions and potential limiting beliefs that they may hold in relation to their careers.


This programme supports our Senior Managers or Directors to develop their business and personal case for promotion to Partner through team and individual challenges.

Women's Leadership Programme

Our high performing female senior managers work in small coaching groups, which brings together women from a diverse mix of service lines and cultures with a dedicated coach.

We help our female Senior Managers build their networks, self confidence and practical communication skills that will position them strongly as they progress to Partners.
